“Unknown Source” is a series of related works which draws parallels between the physical experience of nature and spiritual search. Comprised of video, sound sculpture, a live flower installation and paintings made entirely of smoke ,” Unknown Source” seeks to both enable and problematize contemplation of the “sublime” in relation to the American landscape. "Chase": Clifford-Smith Gallery, Boston, MA. In "Chase," foot basseting, the hunt of a hare on foot with a pack of bassets, provided the metaphorical armature for an installation of paintings, video, live grass relief and sound sculptures which together formed a circling inquiry into the nature of pursuit, desire and the complexity of subjectivity.
